This edible recipe enables your child to play and eat with some of their favorite ingredients, how sweet! Invite your child to feel, smell, taste and create with this special kind of dough. The dough can be molded and played with like playdough. Make sure the table surface and playing utensils are clean, because of bibbling. This edible recipe stimulates all the senses especially smelling and tasting!
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Rice Krispies or granola
- Sprinkle of powdered sugar
- Mix brown sugar and peanut butter in a bowl with your hands.
- Add Rice Krispies or granola to the mixture
- Divide into portions for molding and play.
Janice’s ‘Finger-Tips’: If the batter appears sticky, sprinkle powdered sugar on your child’s hands as they are playing. Their hands get moist from their finger-licking!
